Characteristics

The antivibrating is composed of one harmonic steel spring UNI EN 10270-1SH, fastened with adhesive to two containing plate made of zinc steel discks covered with thermoplastic material.

The antivibrating fixing to the machine and to the floor is made by a screw M8.

Under load, the upper plate of the antivibrating following the spring deflection will be inserted in the base plate, this characteristic consent an increasment of the antivibrating resistance to the tangential forces (as wind thrust) and in the same time protect the spring from external aggressive agents like humidity, slatern fog, etc .

The antivibrating of this line is distinguished by color, associated to the resistance of the elastic casing (spring); this system consent easly with security the selected antivibrating .

Application field

Sonic and mechanical insulation of external condenser unit, ventilator, electric generator etc... installed externally, in closed places or in saltern fog etc. Temperature resistance from - 50 °C up to + 120 °C.

The MNaZc line mounts is supplied in a package of four pieces with fixing screw M8 and the installation instructions for the condensers units.

Each package contain 2 couples of antivibrating with different load capacity to obtain in level the suspended machine laying.
