Rubber - metal dampers

Rubber antivibrating features

The range of antivibrating built with rubber is suitable for isolating medium and high frequencies.

nomogrammaen.jpg

The rubber antivibration should not be different then the indicated and must be avoided to work:

- At temperatures below -40 °C and above 70 °C,
- A prolonged contact with aggressive fluids (oil) and/or with acids,
- In environments where there is an atmosphere saturated with gas or aggressive acid.

Antivibrating characteristics in thermoplastic elastomers

The elastic body with thermoplastic elastomer reduces the mechanical energy (vibration) transmitted to the plan's support.
Some antivibrating of these series have a high damping coefficient on the three axes.
The antivibrating in thermoplastic elastomers possess excellent mechanical properties and physical constants over time and also are resistant to aging air pollution, ozone, hydrocarbons, organic fats, detergents, to alcohol, bases, UV rays, a high degree of electrical insulation, heat and temperatures ranging from -50 to +120 ° C.

At request can be made in the flame-retardant material UL94-V0.

Elastomers hardness identifications

The antivibration are proposed in three hardness 45, 60 and 70 sh, you can identify the hardness of the color of the body elastic:

45 sh beige
60 sh red
70 sh black

Fields of application

Damping of vibrations and noise generated by capacitors, motors, fans, etc. machines generally.
