    CONSTRUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS

    • n° 1 spring in harmonic steel UNI EN 10270-1 SH with surface protected by cataphoretic treatment. Each spring is fastened on the plate with adhesive
    • n° 2 plates containing the spring with holes coated for the anchorage to the ground and/or to the basement of the equipment to be isolated. Each plate is composed by an steel plate, adequate thick coated by stamping injection of thermoplastic with a high mechanical resistance to the hydrocarbures and the aging. The female plate standard version is  proposed with a thread M8. The plate surface is provided with anti-skid deformable rolls for a frictional standing of the mount .
    • Base plate in steel coated with zinc and furnished with holes for the anchorage to the floor.
    • n° 1 neoprene gasket placed on the base plate provided with anti-skid deformable rolls for a frictional standing of the mount .

    • Dusty epoxy painting for the springs as our RAL schedule.
    • Jack M8  available in stainless steel or steel coated with zinc, AISI 304 it is recommended to gauge the machine.
