In the piping sector, the systems have large dimensions and the loads to be supported increase in capacity. For this reason, the pipes have significantly larger sizes compared to standard industrial systems.
For this special application, Soleco technicians developed special antivibration mounts equipped with high deflection springs capable of supporting higher loads.
Spring antivibration mounts with Teflon plates were developed to facilitate the sliding of the pipes placed on top, ensuring a return to stability following lateral forces caused by vibrations generated by the system and its operation, or by unforeseen events.
We have provided, at different sites, inertial bases equipped with high deflection spring antivibration mounts to isolate all the pump units serving the system.
